I am not usually at home during the weekday so when the doorbell rings at 1:30p I immediately think it’s 1. proselytizers 2. solicitors for yardwork, painting, cabinets, security systems and the like. I will have none of either. We went up a skinny set [...] Easter tchotckes from Clutter in Boulder. I did it: I made it through Lent without sugar, sans a birthday treat, of course. It was difficult and at times I thought it was even stupid (only like every day at about 3p.m.), but now that I have a proper stomach ache from copius [...] Remember those chocolate chip looking kind of things I planted in the garden last fall? Here they are making their debut. Gardening feels magical.
Even to me, a grown-up who is supposed to knows the science behind it all. I put a chocolate chip [...] A few months ago I had heard there was a high end consignment shop opening in SW Longmont and was excited to see the balloons and sign out front announcing that Fabulous Finds was finally in business. It’s situated in a strip mall that houses a fitness studio, Proto’s pizza, Vic’s Espresso, a liquor store, a [...] Confession: I love Longmont. Longmont is rad because it has an annual Arbor Day celebration that is FREE and really great for families. Maybe I’m fond of Arbor Day and its history because of my maternal side’s roots (ha, ha, get it?!) in Nebraska City, Nebraska, home of the beautiful Arbor Lodge [...] Le Petit No. 2 by TokyoMilk. Yay for beautiful and well-designed products! Affordable ($28) and Denver-based. This is like my fourth bottle. I buy mine at Anthropologie. What’s your fave perfume to wear?
